The Cutest Toddler Boy Outfits for Fall Family Photos
’tis the season to be ADORABLE! We got to take our first fall family photos this year and my heart could have exploded! Fall has always been my favorite season and I love it even more with my November baby!
Let’s just say that my almost-one-year-old was more prepared than mom and dad were when it came to the wardrobe lol… (I literally overnight shipped my dress because I just couldn’t make up my mind lol! It all worked out though, thankfully!)
My baby boy ended up wearing these corduroy overalls with the cozy cream knit sweater and an olive green beanie. The color scheme just felt perfect for his big brown eyes and curly brown hair!

For reference, my son is 11 months above average height, average weight.
- Brown Corduroy Overalls – runs tts. Not much stretch and the legs are buttoned for easy diaper changing. Ordered the 9-12.
- Cable-knit sweater (cream & brown) – runs a smidge big, so it fits a little loose on. Ordered 9-12.
- Spooky sweatshirt – I ordered the 6-12, it was almost too small on my 11 month old.
- Amazon Denim Jeans – I ordered the 9-12 and they were pretty snug on my 11 month old.
- Baby Yoda Sweater – Baby Gap tends to run a little on the slim side in my experience. Ordered 18-24 months and it is the perfect oversized fit (with plenty room to grow)
- Dark grey sweatpants – came as a gift with no brand on the tag 🙁 linking similar!
- Baby fleece jacket – runs tts, smidge large. I sized up since “cold weather” typically doesn’t arrive until late winter here in Phoenix.
- Baby striped thermal – runs a smidge big. Ordered the 9-12 and it fits with plenty room to grow
- Navy corduroy pants – runs a smidge big (most H&M baby clothes do).
- Colorful striped onesie – tts. ordered 12-18 and it fits comfortably with a little room to grow
- Baby Denim Overalls – tts, slim. ordered 12-18 and they fit now, but I can’t see them fitting up to 18 months sadly!
- Mama’s Boy sweatshirt – I ordered the 6-12, it was almost too small on my 11 month old.
- Plaid Flannel – tts with a good amount of oversized
- Fox Outfit – tts, maybe a smidge small. This brand has always ran a little smaller for me, so I sized up to 18m. Fits large now, but still wearable!
- Baby Cardigan – tts, a smidge big. This is a 9-12 and it fits with a little room to grow
- Light colored jeans – tts, a smidge small. 9-12 and they seemed slim fitted. I can’t see my son wearing them in a month sadly.
- Blue sweater outfit – runs tts, a smidge small. Ordered the 12 month for a trip earlier this month. It was very fitted on my newly 11 month year old. Probably won’t fit in a month.
