I am sharing some of my favorite Target Style finds for spring and summer! Target always has the cutest clothes, however their pieces are even more stunning this year.
Happy Weekend everyone!
My main 2021 blogging goal is to write more, share more and do more. So, I want to start new weekly traditions on Guitar & Lace!
Long long ago I used to do Friday Instagram round up posts. Every week I would share my favorite products I featured on instagram and answer any product questions I received.
Basically, I’d like to start those style round up posts again! Every week I will feature some of my favorite trends, styles and pieces here on the blog.
This week is all about my favorite Spring Target fashion finds!

Target Style Favorites for Spring
1. These linen ankle pants from Target –
Shop the Target Style Look:
Normally I would save my favorite for last. However, these neutral colored linen pants are TOO good to risk you exiting out of this blog post before you even had the chance to meet the pants.
They seriously are one of my favorite target fashion finds ever! They can be worn casually with a loose fitting tank top, Tory Burch millers and venti iced Starbucks beverage in hand (while strolling down the patio aisle in target).
Likewise, they can be dressed up with loafers, a structured blouse and layered jewelry for the office. (venti Starbucks probably included here too)
Kindie Teachers!! (and all teachers) These are flexible enough for all the wiggling, dancing and crawling around you do during your day. (is that a venti Starbucks I see on your desk? You earned it!)
Target has free shipping and returns, so give them a try!
Sizing – I am wearing the size 0. I kind of feel like Target women’s clothing runs a smidge big compared to other store brands. If this were Nordstrom, I’d buy the 2. When in doubt, buy more than one size and return the size that doesn’t work!
2. These Soft and Flowy T-Shirts
Shop the Outfit:
I threw these in my cart on a whim and am so grateful for my irresponsible decision! Now, I want all the colors.
These shirts are made out of a buttery fabric that always lays flattering on. The colors are beautiful! I ordered this golden olive color and the lilac pink color.
The cut of the shirt is what sold me!
The sleeves are longer than your average t-shirt which I love! Likewise, the v-neck seems narrow and a bit longer (maybe because I sized up). However, the v-neck length is also super flattering.
Moreover, I plan on living in these all spring and summer! Probably with my linen pants, gold layered necklaces and cute sandals.
Sizing – I sized up to a medium. I typically by small for semi-loose fitting t-shirts, however this time I wanted a lot of room for that relaxed-and-on-vacation look.
3. These Neutral Woven Spring Shoes
Shop the shoes:
Target does not mess around with their shoes. They are always so dang cute AND they hold up well. I have a pair of studded mules that I have worn for over 3 years. Still wear them.
Their new shoes for spring do not disappoint! The neutral tones and natural textures go so well with the “relaxed-and-on-vacation” vibe I’ve been going for. (can you tell that I want a vacation… and Starbucks? lol)
These neutral woven mules are stunning on! They definitely remind me of the Sam Edelman mules from last year, but they are WAY more affordable.
While they are gorgeous, are they comfortable? OMG yes! The woven material is buttery and stretchy. These mules will stretch slightly with your feet.
Best of all, the woven holes allow your feet to actually breathe. Not today, slippery mules…
Sizing – I went with the 6.5 in all the Target shoes! True to size and all comfortable! I am typically a 6.5 but I wear a 7 in the Steve Madden sandals, white Amazon mules and Tory Burch Millers.
4. These Target Style Cotton Blend Pants
Shop the Target Style outfits:
My school announced that we will be returning for full in person learning soon. The burning question that I would never feel brave enough to actually ask: can I still wear joggers?
These linen cotton joggers have the comfort of loungewear, but you can wear them to work! I love the unique gold color, however they also have neutral shades.
I do not think I love them as much as these linen ankle pants that I shared at the beginning of this post. However, they are good! They come in more colors too, which is a plus.
Sizing – I am wearing an XS. True to size! I probably could have achieved a more beachy relaxed vibe with a Small. However, the XS fits nicely. The waist is elastic with a drawstring, so size up if you want more of a relaxed fitted pant.
5. These $10 & $15 Casual Tank Dresses
Shop the Target Style Spring looks:
Every spring and summer I find myself wishing that I had more easy outfits! Pieces that I can literally just throw on and go without looking like a sweatpants slob.
Plain casual dresses are my go to! This year, Target has tons of gorgeous colors and styles. I love how the hem of the dress flutters out a bit.
These dresses are only $15! Definitely makes me want to snag a few more. I can definitely wear this to work with a light denim jacket over and some cute slide on shoes.
This oversized denim jacket is another target find! I have been living in this since the weather in Phoenix is still chilly during the morning. Looks great with dresses, joggers, leggings and more!
Sizing- I ordered a small in both dresses, but wish I went with an X-small. They run a little big, but not by much. They just aren’t supposed to be fitted, which I do prefer! I sized up to a Medium in the jacket for an oversized fit. Shoes run narrow, so I sized up to a 7 (normally 6.5).
6. Sweater and Pleated Midi Skirt Look
Shop the Target Style outfits:
I love pairing a chunky sweater with a dainty pleated midi skirt! It is such an easy outfit to throw on for work! Typically pleated midi skirts can be a bit pricy, but Target has them for under $30! Gorgeous colors and patterns too.
Target has some of my favorite bargain sweaters. I used to obsess over Amazon sweaters, but let’s be real… they are rarely great quality. Plus, most are around $30 anyways.
Target sweaters are some of the most affordable with the best colors and quality for the price!
Sizing- I sized up to a small in the skirt as I normally do with elastic waist skirts. However, I should have stuck with my normal size. They do not fit tight in the waist at all! Very comfortable 🙂
The sweater fits tts. I sized up to a small for a chunky slightly oversized fit.
7. All the Golden Olive colors!
Shop the Target Style Looks:
I didn’t realize that I purchased an entire color scheme until I started trying everything on. I guess, when it’s good, it’s good!
Target has some of the prettiest colors this season! I love this golden olive color. It just feels warm and summery without being too playful or neon.
I am obsessed with this olive satin midi skirt and satin cami set! The pieces are sold separately, so you can size accordingly which is a huge plus for me!
I love that I can get multiple outfits out of each piece. I am always wearing satin camis during the summer! Likewise, I love a good midi skirt and T-shirt look.
Sizing- I ordered an X-small in the cami and a small in the midi skirt just in case the elastic waist was too tight. Both fit comfortably true to size! I think the cami is meant to feel a bit flowy as well.
