Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas – simple & sweet!
Valentine’s Day was all over grocery stores literally the day after Christmas… and I’m okay with that!
While it all initially felt to soon for me, I realized it may be essential for others. Some people shop for their groceries monthly and some rely on seasonal items earlier for their work (crafters, content creators, teachers…).
I’ve never been the biggest fan of the holiday, however it makes the dreary winter a little more lovely. Mainly the chocolate, but I also love a good valentine’s day outfit!
Cue all the romantic colors and textures! Velvet flats, lavender sweaters, floral perfume… ahhh!
Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas – simple & sweet!
Casually Romantic Valentine’s Day Outfit
It was love at first sight with this red pearl button cardigan from Amazon! I love the cardigan comeback this season. Paired with 90s style denim, cute shoes and strawberry girl makeup? *chefs kiss*
Lovely in Lavender Valentine’s Day Outfit
This lavender knit sweater is a little more than I used to spend on a sweater BUT, it is worth every penny. I am personally tired of buying multiple cheap sweaters only to have them be ruined within one season of wearing them (no matter how delicate I wash them…) This sweater is beautiful quality and will last for years!
Pretty Pastels Valentine’s Day Outfit
Valentine’s Day weather is hit or miss in the desert. The last few years have been rainy and cold (my personal favorite), but every now and then we will get an early spring! I love the idea of cute dresses, a sweater/cardigan and a pair of new balance sneakers.
Pretty in Pink Valentine’s Day Dress
This pink velvet dress is the perfect Valentine’s Day outfit! It is also a dress you can wear over and over again. This would look so cute with black tights and heels for colder nights!
Lovely in lace Valentine’s Day Outfit
I personally love the oversized sweater with a lace midi/maxi skirt trend! It feels like a fresh take on the boho lace maxi skirts minus the chunky medallion belts haha!
Cute and Casual Valentine’s Day Outfit
I love a monochrome moment! These light wash jeans with the lilac quilted jacket and lavender knit sweater is giving pastel sweet candy heart vibes.
Ravishing in Red Valentine’s Day Dress
What says more “happy valentine’s day” than an off the shoulder red sweater dress?! Definitely one way to get multi use out of a holiday dress.
Perfectly Purple Valentine’s Day Outfit
Oversized sweaters and spring dresses are my favorite way to make multiple outfits out of pieces I already own! I love another monochromatic moment, but the varying textures (velvet, eyelet and knit) make it all so interesting.
Cute and Cozy Valentine’s Day Outfit
Now for the Valentine’s Day outfit I will most likely be wearing… cozy comfies! I don’t think I’ve gone out on Valentine’s Day since my college days. The restaurants are just too packed, prices go up in most places and it just seems forced. I much prefer a cozy evening at home with my family!
