We love a pink moment. This sunset pink dorm room is perfect for the spring and summer months! However, you may be wanting a change mid year as the weather feels more cool and cozy. In this case, I highly recommend having a duvet as your comforter!

For those who don’t know, (I learned what a duvet was in college too…) a duvet is basically a comforter (duvet insert) that you stuff inside a giant pillowcase-like cover (duvet cover). This makes washing a breeze! Likewise, you can purchase more than one cover to change out throughout the seasons.

It’s hard to predict what the layout of your dorm will look like, however most will come with a bed, small desk, small dresser, small closet and sometimes even a mini fridge. Part of the fun is rearranging your furniture every few weeks until something just feels right!
