Happy Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Week!

What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, or the “NSale” is quite unique! Typically sales involve merchandise that has been in stores for a while, but this sale is all about BRAND NEW unreleased products. I’m talking designer brands, nice home decor and fall staple pieces for over 50% off! Oh… and the shooooes!
When is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019?
- Card holders: Friday, July 12 at 12:30pm EST Sign up for the Nordy Club and/or Card here! $60 bonus note for signing up through July 10.
- Public Access: Friday, July 19th
- Sale Ends: August 4th. Prices go up on August 5th.
Strategy and Tips:
Just BUY IT! – Items sell out fast. It’s best to just buy things ASAP and return whatever you decide not to keep. Nordstrom has free shipping and returns! No harm, no foul! You can even return NSale items to Nordstrom Rack!
By the way… Nordstrom Rack always has amazing sales especially during the NSale! Nordstrom has to make room for their new products, so where do they send their not-as-new products? Nordstrom Rack!
Buy Multiple Sizes! – If you are unsure of your size, then buy a couple sizes and return what doesn’t fit. I fell in love with a red sweater last year and bought a size too small. It sold out before I could even order the next size up! I was so bummed!
Your Size/Color is Sold Out – Buy whatever size and/or color that is still left in stock! Yup! You can exchange/return these items for months with Nordstrom. They will eventually restock before and after the sale ends.

Restocks? – Most items will restock a few times throughout the sale! It’s best to just bookmark your favorites and keep checking throughout the day. Super popular items may sell out completely, so make sure you buy what you love ASAP!
Early Access Worth it? – YES! Having The Nordstrom Card is sooo worth it! You get bonus points, notes to spend and early access on products before they sell out. Obviously, be wise with your finances, but I definitely would recommend this card!
Best things to shop for? – Boots, beauty, shoes, bags and basics! At least that’s what I find to be the most practical. However if you see a dress, outfit or purse you love… just get it! Treat yourself 🙂 It most likely will never be this cheap again. I also like to check my closet for items I need! For example, if my (cheap target) cardigans are pilled and worn out I may just get a few new ones.
